In my role as Business development manager for No Fuss Solutions we are always looking at ways to stay in touch with our market place, and naturally, increase the awareness of our brand.
We had a website we were by and large happy with, but it was by no means cutting edge, and had not been updated in quite a while. Our reliance for sales was based on existing customers and customers performing web searches.
In reality we were somewhat behind, I would have to say a little intimidated by things such as Facebook and Twitter, this was something from a very different generation. At the start we had no idea how we could use these social media mediums to our advantage or where to start.
We selected Social Media Tribe to assist with getting our platform up and running, Minna Salmesvuo was our principal point of contact from day one, gently yet unrelentingly guiding us every step of the way.
We now have a fully functioning social media platform and provide regular updates on products and services as well as interesting and “wow” projects. We have a growing band of followers and our inquiry rate has noticeably increased.
It was a pleasure working with Minna, the knowledge and information provided was always relevant and succinct, we felt that our aims were more than achievable from day one, with Minna’s assistance we never felt like the dinosaurs that we really were.
